- Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- For cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- In case of early departure, no refund will be provided.
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are considered valid upon confirmation of receipt.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed within 4 days.
